Cynthia has demystified the writing and research industry with the introduction of revolutionary informational products and services that simplify and improve the way data seekers make business decisions.

Supplemented by expertise in strategic business planning, operational start-up, corporate training and relationship management, Cynthia has over 14 years of demonstrated achievement in marketing development and management.

Before forming Virtual Analysts, Cynthia founded BizResearch2Go, a solutions-based research offering that prioritizes and delivers published information based on client’s specific needs – and supplements the data with insightful analysis.

Before BizResearch2Go, Cynthia honed her writing, research and analysis skills at global IT services companies in the public and private sectors.

She served as a key research consultant with Dallas-based Internet company Parago, Inc., which provides turnkey, Internet-based Continuous Customer Interaction SM solutions designed to improve operational efficiencies and enhance customer relationships for its clients. As head of their strategic research department, Cynthia was integral to the creation, development and management of this start-up operation, its business development strategy, partnership / alliance strategy, and overall strategic business, technical and operational plans.

Prior to Parago, she helped IT leader Metamor Worldwide identify and justify target acquisitions. During her tenure with Metamor, the company acquired more than 15 companies in less than two years. Her insight into market trends and prospect / client / vendor identification helped this Houston-based company grow at about a 30% internal growth rate and achieve record financial performance.

Before her work with Metamor, Cynthia worked for one of the fastest growing systems integration firms, BSG Inc. In addition to research consulting, she wrote and edited a daily electronic newsletter, providing summarized corporate profiles, events and trends. Cynthia also built BSG's main and branch libraries of data sources -- building each location's publications, CD options and other research sources -- and managed budgetary issues, statistical reporting functions, marketing efforts and policies and procedures.

Cynthia shares her insight with colleagues through teaching various technical, marketing and research seminars. She has repeatedly received corporate excellence awards for her ability to uncover her colleagues' hidden research talents.

Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Baylor University. A competent Toastmaster, she is a graduate of FIND/SVP's Competitive Intelligence course, a graduate of the Dale Carnegie twelve-week management development program, a Software Publisher's Association Certification Software Manager, and has served as an adjunct professor with Montgomery College.
